I call these meditations experiments because I can't predict the magic we'll generate together. But I do know this:

Our vibration will shift.

Your crystal is paired with a strain of cannabis that vibrates at a resonant frequency. Then, as a group, we share in intentional conversation while we smoke our joints together.

Finally, I lead the group in a guided sensory meditation. It's a mental adventure where we look inward and tune in to the frequency of our crystal. I believe that when as many vibrations surrounding us are in alignment, our internal work becomes simpler because we have less ground to travel.

To understand how a crystal works, we must first understand that we are all vibrational beings.

Only one thousand millionth part of our body is matter.

The rest is energy.

And that energy vibrates.

Every human, every animal,

every flower, every rock,

every word, every thought,

every smell, every noise,

every color, every feeling,

every animate and inanimate object,

every everything in this universe

vibrates at its own frequency.

When you place a glass of water on a table and play a song, the water will visibly vibrate to the music.

So do we.

We are vessels existing of 80% water,

and we, too, are affected by each other’s vibration.

We are harmonizing and shaping and changing one another constantly.

The Law of Resonance:

When two bodies meet, the one with the highest amplitude will bring the other into resonance with it.

Crystals vibrate as all things do,

but their frequency is different.

A crystal is the most stable form of entropy.

It is chaos in its most ordered arrangement.

The atomic structure of a crystal is repeating and unwavering. Never an instant of asymmetry or anxiety or anything but organized perfection.

It is sacred geometry.

The vibration of a crystal is pure, consistent, order.

Working with these energies balances the entropy within our own auric field, stabilizing our energy and elevating our vibration.

About

WhO AM I?

My name is Brooke and I’m all kinds of things in the world, like a filmmaker, and a storyteller, a spiritual seeker, a professional joymaker, and also a stream of water. I was born into the world without a sense of smell, and I’m learning as an adult that I have a sensitivity to crystals.

It came as a surprise to me too.

My name is Brooke and I never liked it. The name never felt like me. But then a couple years ago, I met a rock that changed my perception of rocks, and also my perception of self.

She’s a greenish-blue hunk of fluorite that looks like a wave in motion, or half of a heart, and I call her Flow. When I'm near this crystal, the racing thoughts in my head slow down, and I become aware of the space between my thoughts. Aware of my breath.

Aware of my heartbeat.

Aware of my flow.

Flow is the embodiment of my flow state.

Whenever I’m lost, or stuck, or overwhelmed,

I meditate with Flow resting on my heart and I remember that my name is Brooke and I’m a stream of water.

My name is Brooke and I’m in constant flow.

My name is Brooke and I’m always changing.

My name is Brooke and I'm more than my name.

Flow connects me to who I am at my essence.

Crystals can do that, and so much more.

Through this practice,

I've looked inward and expanded outward.

I've visited the nameless space between my thoughts –

the silent space between the tick and the tock –

and the vibrating space between the particles of me.

Spaces I didn't know existed.

Spaces that crystals help me access.

Crystals have transformed my life in ways I didn't think were possible. Through my experiences, I'm discovering that these rocks are portals to a greater fabric of consciousness. They connect us to the soul of the world.

I started Sky High Vibes to create space for others to have their own transformational experiences. The kind that materialize when we stop, take a breath, and listen to these of-this-world, but other-worldly teachers.

You know. The rocks that have been here all along.

There is a distinction between being stoned and being elevated. Stoned means numbing into oblivion, whereas elevated means awareness from a higher perspective.
